High rotation speed of the winch: the winch adopts full helical gear to back twist, the main shaft adopts the whole seamless steel pipe with wall thickness and large bearing support at both ends, the winch connection adopts tension sleeve structure, the box body adopts casting parts, the box body gear adopts steel structure after gear grinding and traction, and the dynamic balance test is carried out. The ground shaft is driven by corner reversing gear box. The above measures improve the stability and rigidity of the hinge structure. The strength of the transmission system and the rotation speed of the winch are improved, and the production efficiency is improved at the same time.

Precise synchronization of ground shaft transmission: the speed ratio of gearbox is adjustable, which can ensure the strict proportional relationship between winch speed and traction speed, and the strand pitch will not change in the process of equipment startup, normal operation and shutdown; each section of winch is synchronized accurately, the whole machine is controlled by PLC, and can also be set by touch screen, and the electrical control system is simple and easy to operate.
